2015
"Napkin idea"
During series development and later series production of BMW i8 door panel hybrid applications, we spotted the opportunity to support steam chest moulding process with digital tools.
2017
First Experiments
Manual data extraction was slow and frustrating. We started to experiment with automatic data transfers from our development machine and one of the pioneering customers.
2019
In-house Competences
Collecting data needed a structured organisation for management and visualisation. The first software engineers joined JSP.
2020
Prototyping & Applications
We built working applications for data visualisation and we tested it with our pilot customers and our internal development teams.
2022
Product Introduction
Our first complete solution including umati and OPC UA was presented during the largest industry event: K-Show.

Industry 4.0 Proof of Concept
Standardisation of data, interoperability and workflows automation. Solutions for customers built in the Innovation Centre in Düsseldorf, Germany.
