Even though all machines on the shop floor are connected to a single monitoring system, all the parameters and KPIs are measured in real time.

The reality is the overload of data being provided on the user interface, which is a crowded dashboard, and users simply do not have time to look at it all the time and anticipate the failure mode.

We created a dynamic connection with existing data monitoring system using application programming interface (API) and then we created tresholds for each critical KPIs, so when specific parameter drfits we can see when it reaches the borderline of the tolerance (for example maximum temperature) so we can send the notification or if it surpass tolerated value we can send the alert directly to a smartphone.

Person responsible can nominate the technician to check and correct the process as well as record the actions taken to solve the situation, so that the information is available instantly during the next similar incident.
